Forgot Password
If you have forgotten your password, click “Forgot your Password?" from the login screen. You will be asked to enter the phone number with which you registered your account at Caxino. We will then send you a confirmation text which you enter in the next screen. Once confirmed, you will be prompted to reset your password.
Forgot Username
Your username is the email address that you used to register your Caxino account. If you cannot remember which email you used upon registration, contact customer support via Live Chat or at Customer Support for help resolving this issue.
