Per gaming regulations, a KYC check may be required to verify a customer’s identity, payment method ownership, and to help eliminate instances of unauthorised transactions. The KYC check at Caxino Casino is not unlike one you have been asked to complete at your local bank.
A KYC check will be initiated when you reach a certain level of transactions at Caxino. Also, a KYC check may be required by the Payments department if unusual activity is identified on your account.
Although we understand that it might be an inconvenience, the KYC check is in place to protect your account from malicious activity. Having said that, Caxino tries to make it as easy as possible with the ability to upload documents directly to the Caxino website via desktop or mobile.
If a KYC check is requested, a Verification option will appear in My Account. We process KYC documents on a first-come, first-served basis. We strive to process these documents in the quickest possible manner, but please be aware that KYC checks require manual verification from our Payments team and some delay may occur. We thank you for your patience.
A KYC check may require some or all of the following information:
Payment Method Verification: Payment method statements should be no older than 3 months and must include the account number and your name:
Bank Transfer: Bank statements should include your name and address and should match the details of your Caxino Casino account.
Credit Cards: Front and back images of the credit card are required. The backside of the card must be signed by you. The front image must clearly show the first 6 and last 4 digits (1234 56XX XXXX 1234) of the credit card number.
E-Wallets: E-Wallets follow the same general rules as bank statements. They should include the account holder’s name and address that match your Caxino account information. If your e-wallet provider does not send you paper or PDF statements, or a digital copy is not available for download, a screenshot of the account details showing the customer name and address is required.
